NORTHWEST COAST WOOD CARVINGS
Wood carvings are an important part of Northwest Coast ceremonies. There are many nations within this region. Some of the major nations are the Coast Salish, Haida, Kwakwaka'wakw, Nisga'a, Nuu-chah-nulth, Nuxalt, Tlingit, and Tsimshian. Masks, bowls, spoons, and halibut hooks, which represent animal figures, are the primary focus of our selection of wood carvings.
